“Although the phone had an issue and I had to return it, Phonebot customer service reps were very helpful. They gave me a refund as requested, and manager even called me to apologise and try help me find another phone. I would still recommend them as service is pretty helpful.”

“Phone arrived very quickly, and in very good condition (better than expected), and was essentially ready for final set-up/use. Only negative points were the lack of accompanying instructions which would complicate its set-up for those unfamiliar to this type of phone. This is in regards to points such as SIM card insertion (especially as it uses a micro-SIM), button functions, what is left to do too finally set it up, explanation of icons/user interface, etc. This really isn’t much of an issue if you have used an iPhone before, but in consideration of the fact I bought it for my elderly father as a gift, he would have not been able to use it without significant guidance/direction. That is the only reason for a 4/5 rating, rather than a 5/5. If you’re familiar with this type of phone then there should be no issues whatsoever.”

“It's hard to complain, I got a great, brand new, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, for $200 cheaper than I could buy it in any store, it was delivered quickly, and the phone is great. The only complaint I have is that the package seal was broken when it arrived. So I'm not sure whether the store had a reason for that, but as such the box had obviously been pre-opened which made me nervous. However after inspecting it all, it appears fine.”
