“Recently purchased a refurbished iphone x A grade. Came in perfect condition with only a minor mark in the bottom corner. customer service was great. Only little downgrade was that i couldn't turn the camera shutter sound off. Apart from that, great company, Would purchase from phonebot again.”

“Overall good. A little communication difficulties but nothing too bad. Only fault with the phone was the usb cable it came with didn't insert securely. Was scared it may be the actual port on the phone as it couldn't hold a secure data connection and charging would be interupted when you picked up the phone but buying a new usb-c cable fixed it.”

We sincerely apologize for the delays on the shipping, We dispatched the order from our end on the 11th of April after receiving it on the 9th, since starting from Friday 10th April it was a public holiday and shipping services stopped. The parcel was picked up for delivery on Tuesday 14th when services resumed, and has been scanned at your nearest Auspost store it should be delivered in the following days.
