From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Quick, easy and helpful. We choose a refurbished phone and were out in 20 mins. I took one star off as we had to buy the adapter for head phones and I thought that could have been a part of the package.”

“Generally a good service, with a few minor clerical issues. Phones were good though and as described. I bought A Grade and the only marks I could find were where the power jack plugs in. Unfortunately the phone was delivered using Toll Priority who had incredibly Poor service. Would never recommend Toll Priority”
