From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I purchased a pre-used Samsung A52 5G from Phonebot. The phone arrived promptly, well packaged with a bonus cover and charging gear. You would not know from the appearance that the phone had a previous user. It was well cleaned and sanitised as promised by the Grade A standard. The phone seems to be in excellent condition and working as expected. I can recommend Phonebot as a provider to be trusted. The only galling experience is not Phonebot's fault but Samsung has been discounting its phones lately to the extent that if I had waited just a few days I could have purchased a brand new A23 5G with almost identical specs as the A52 for the same price I paid for the A52. But that's the way it goes!”

Thank you for reaching us on another platform Mr McMahon.. Your order was canceled and refunded upon your request around a week ago. We have records of this being communicated to you where you agreed to call of the negative review you had posted on the next day of placing your order. We would repeat saying, we understand that you needed this phone and you wanted it to be quick too but you placed your order on Tuesday evening and as our website clearly states that orders are shipped within 2 days then we should have been given at least 2 days first and then awarded with reviews. But you are trying to defame us everywhere for no big reason. We could have shipped your order on the 2nd day of its placement as the 2 days shipping window was allowing us to ship your order till the second day but you chose to refund and smear about us. Your order is refunded but this review is still here which you said you will call off but you blocked us on the chat after the reimbursement of your order, you did not keep your words my man! and we are happy to see that you have come to Reviews IO, it allows posting pictures mate! Let the public decide..

“The Phonebot site was easy to navigate, order and pay. My refurbished iPhone X arrived in a day or two via AusPost and they also included a free case. The phone is "as new" (as advertised) and has worked just fine. I decided to use Phonebot rather than Reebelo (which advertised cheaper prices) because they are Australian and I was worried about sorting out any potential problems with a Singapore-based online marketplace. If you want to save yourself about $1,000 compared with the Aussie high street retail prices for the latest iPhone handsets and be confident of the quality of the product and related service, I highly recommend using Phonebot. At time of writing in May 2023, it's difficult to source iPhone X handsets in the Aussie shops, even though you can still get the latest iOS on them. Thanks Phonebot for your prompt delivery and great service guys!”
