“Took over three days to send a pre paid order. Seen quicker service from amateur eBay sellers. Hardly worth paying for express if they take multiple days to ship an item. Highly recommend tweaking the processing process so-to-speak. Can't fathom why it took three days.”

Hello Tennessee, We truly understand your concern and are sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, due to the silly season we faced some last minute logistical disruptions causing a delay in shipping the item out to you in due time. We apologize for that once again and assure you that this won't happen the next time! Feel free to get back to us in case of any queries! Kind regards, Team PB
