I purchased 8 pieces on a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off sale (as 4x2), but was discounted only on the 2 lease expensive items (which were significantly less and the same)... when contacted Customer Service, was told that is how the sale works and refused any correction, though costs not as advertised; cost worked out to over $80 CAD for 8 nose rings... and 2 arrived missing a gem.”

“The staff at Pierced Universe are very inconsistent. I lost a portion of my threadless nose stud and they offered me $10 off at first. I found the part that I was missing, so I didn’t order another nose stud.
The next time, I lost another part of my nose stud, I asked about if I could order parts. The person then offered me only $5 off of a $20 nose stud. How does that make any sense?
Seriously, this company is absolutely ridiculous.”
“Ive made 3 separate multi-item orders from Pierced Universe! They rock! Everything has come as advertised and holds up well over time. The earring colours do wash away however and some gems fall out. But for the price i dont expect much. The materials seem legit and the stones are sparkly. Will continue to shop with them!! :D”
“I live in an area that is accessed by ferry from Vancouver, so I am used to delays in shipping. One shipment still did not arrive after approximately 6-8 weeks. They gave me a dull refund with no issues. Prior to that they sent me a free replacement captive ball ring when I noticed the bead/ball was hard to insert and remove. These guys have pretty good selection and awesome customer service. If you live in Canada they are the best and fastest to deal with - under normal circumstances you will have your order within 7-10 days even with free shipping.”
“I would love to give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered my piercings on June 2, 2020, and knew that there may be a delay on their 24hr shipping as covid May be the culprit. On July 6, 2020 I had yet to receive my order. I did however email them and they said they would ship it out the same day. It is July 20, 2020 and I have still not received my orders. Needless to say I am quite disappointed, and will be giving them until the end of the week. If not I will be asking for my money back. As it may only be only 40.00 I did pay for a quick shipping when I could’ve bought groceries for myself”

They promptly replied and offered a $20 credit so I can keep the ones I already received as well as get the right ones. I’m very impressed with the customer service as well as the jewelry:)”
