"This website falsely advertises, piercings or studs that are not meant for specific body parts. I purchased products that are claiming to be nose studs. They absolutely do not sit flush on your face, and stick out extremely far making them look ridiculous. Doesn\u2019t do returns even if they do, you\u2019re paying for a restocking fee and the shipping. Do not get scammed by this warehouse."

"Terrible quality. Literally bent and looks like there's some chipping too. Had no idea they would only send me a singular earring for how expensive it was. Also, any one else notice how most of their 5 star reviews are about how the customer had an issue but it's all good because customer service was good. Why are there so many issues with your jewelery in the first place??!! Save your energy and money and buy from Amazon for a quarter of the cost and actually good quality."

"I absolutely love these earrings! My ears have always been so sensitive to every metal. I tried these implant grade titanium pvd gold clicker hoops and I havent taken them off since! Its literally the only metal I can wear now. The gold flatback studs are amazing too. You can sleep in both without hurting your head. Also great customer service that responds quickly."

"Long story short I don\u2019t have the piercing. The tracking tells me it was unsafe to leave at address. I have a locked up letter box. How big is the package? \r\nWhen trying to find where it is to pick up there is no company name of courier or phone number. When I approached Pierced Universe about this they pretty much said once it\u2019s posted it up to me to track. Great customer service that is. I can\u2019t track something that doesn\u2019t have a name or address of where it is. Pierced Universe said all they will do is wait to see if it is returned and resend it. Australia post don\u2019t have it and said it looks like it would be at a courier distribution centre but they can\u2019t even see it in the email or tracking. So I am not going mad. \r\nPictures below show email from Pierced Universe stating they won\u2019t help, email from couriers in the States telling me to follow the exact same link with tracking number to a site that has no name or number of who has it and screen shots of all I see when i enter that tracking number. As you will see there is no courier name and I can assure you there is no phone numbers of once it\u2019s hit Australian shores. \r\nMy advice if you\u2019re in Australia, do not order from these guys. They won\u2019t help you if you have trouble and customer service is very bad. \r\nAs for Pierced Universe, you asked for my review, here it is. Factual with the evidence provided. Hopefully you look at your customer service and rectify and maybe take a look at your postage service. Clearly you can\u2019t trust them and they\u2019re giving you a bad name. Since I don\u2019t have the couriers company name, I can\u2019t leave them the review as well."
