“i visited the pizza hut on dorothy lane in kettering ohio. i paid $16.99 for a medium pizza. i went to my car to wait on it. i noticed a sign that said any large pizza any toppings for $12. i talked to the mgr and asked why he didn’t offer me the deal. he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said he just rung in what i ordered. poor customer service. if you can save your customer money by letting them know about deals that would help ensure a return visit. think i’ll stick to dominos or papa john’s.”

At about 6pm on April 9th, I went to your outlet in Simei and wanted to buy your food and take it away. When a staff member said that the person in charge of the counter was busy in the kitchen, I also knew that you were busy, so I went online to buy your food. I thought the food order would arrive directly at your kitchen after I ordered it online.
When the staff in charge of the counter came back, she asked me if I had placed an order. I said I had just placed an order online. She said nothing and continued packing the food for other customers.
After a while, I felt it wasn’t right, so I asked her if my online order would go directly to your kitchen. She said no, so I asked her. If I hadn’t come to ask you, wouldn’t I have been waiting here in vain? She said yes,
I have a few things to ask you here
1) How many people order order online self-collection in a day? If your staff is busy in the kitchen for a long time no one is in the counter and those customers who order self-collection online are like me and they don’t know when they arrive will need to infrom your staff , and no one is in the counter
and they will be there and Wait for nothing
2)- When I first told her that I had just placed an order online, she did not tell me that I needed to let her know my order number.

“I ordered a pan pizza and I believe they gave me an undercooked hand tossed. I asked for a curb pick up and nobody came outwhen I arrived so I walked in and the young man at the register acted like I was bothering him. Then for some reason an item was not on the order so I asked about it. (I was not charged) he never asked or offered to let me reorder it. I am a good customer at this location and I think it’s time to take a long break.”

She brought the pizza over with NOT 1 napkin and when I asked for peppers or cheese she put her eyes in her head replying that’s .99. Pizza places don’t offer or give you pepper or cheese anymore? “Placed an online order and they told me 8:05 my pizzas would be ready get there pizzas not ready I sat there until 9pm and the manager brought the pizzas out raw and uncooked and then had the nerves to get smart. I would not recommend Pizza Hut on Southwind cove and the manager name is Darius very rude nasty shirt young man. Everybody hair in the back is out the girls hair is 30 inch long, cooking pizzas and serving customers with no hair net, I’m contacting the health department next. Pictures are below”
“Terrible. Pizza Hut went from being the standard to being the worst of all pizza restaurants. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and zero to very little sauce. I also ordered a Melt that was very overcooked with no sauce visible. Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a apology of sorts. However...when I went to use it it would not work. So I went to try again. Now it said the coupon was no longer valid though it was issued that same day. I then checked my order history to discover that there was an order there for absolutely nothing, no pizza, no items at all...but I used the coupon for it. So I used the coupon to order absolutely nothing? How is nothing even an order? I called the store...no knowledge of any order using the code...an order for nothing. I just came to terms with the fact Pizza Hut is now the very last place anyone should order pizza. I ended up going to Pizza Inn. Very good pizza. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly. Pizza was hot and great. Haven't been able to say that about Pizza Hut for several years now. ”
