Whenever I go to Al Wahda mall Pizza H, my box is not available at all the time even it morning,afternoon or night.Moreover, there’s no taste consistency there. If you buy a pepperoni or chicken bbq taste is always different compared to other outlets. Even the garlic is same

Orders made over the phone did not reflect to the quantity of the food advertised against online. Very little cheese on the pizza. Can hardly taste the cheese. Regardless of how the order is placed, the quantity of the food and price should be exactly the same at the till when placing an order over the phone as per what it is online descriptor. But more cheese would help to bring the favour out.

Usually have a decent experience at the Wadsworth, Ohio PH. Tonight this takeout order of breadsticks is just gross. I don't like to be taken advantage of as a drive thru customer. If you brought this to our table, we would have sent it back! Do better with QC!!!

Collected half half med pitza 5 slices on pepperoni side 3 on veggie side not nice at all crust bite in it or base waste money could not be eaten

The Strongsville Pizza Hut has gone completely downhill. The service AND food are terrible. The pizza we ordered only had 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. None of the employees knew anything about the current 2 for $7 / ea. promotion. When we tried to explain the sale to them.....they argued with us. Will never go back !!!

Brighton marina Absolutely awful experience. Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu. Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood. Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!! My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not… When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:… They also forgot our side order of chips…. They came out once we finished our meal! Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!! He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!! That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it… Plus the side order was forgotten! He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really. The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay. The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!! Very attentive staff!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack understanding of an allergy! And overall service. Oh and my husbands pizza had 3 peppers randomly in his pizza, again had this of been something anyone was allergic to, huge problem! Chef’s really need to be aware of what they are doing and putting in food!!! I won’t even mention the fact I’m disabled and the toilet was wet/slippery with the mop bucket and cones in the way! (The men’s toilet was out of action too, so the men had to use disableds) Completely ruined our birthday meal.

Want to thank Pizza Hut for stealing my money, while being completely useless at resolving the issue. They can sure take the money instantly, but of their system screws up and loses the order, apparently NOBODY can find any information about it. Placed an order for dinner online, got an immediate notification from my financial app that the money had been taken, but never got the normal order confirmation email from Pizza Hut. Gave it about 15-20 minutes just in case something was running slow in the system, then started calling. Spent about the next hour getting bounced around between 2 stores, the local call center, given a bogus number to corporate, finally getting a working number to Hut Rewards, who then gave me the number to Customer Satisfaction. More like Customer Who Cares, we've already got your money. Everybody had the same ridiculous story, they "don't have access" to find the transaction, and nothing they can do. Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund. Absolutely ZERO reason with today's technology that if they can take the money instantly, they can't also refund it instantly when they screw up and don't supply the product you paid for!

Made an order 10 days ago and at delivery time I was called by branch to be told that ingredients not available and that I have to claim refund from customer service. 10 days and still no refund for an ordered cancelled by them. AVOID! big name but poor customer service.

Terrible Customer Service My incident happened on November 20, 2022 at the Prosperity Park Drive location – Store # 35593. After placing an online order for contactless, curbside pick-up, I arrived to pick up my order as scheduled and checked in using the Pizza Hut app. Upon arriving, this location had a continuous flow of customer activity; nevertheless, I patiently waited in my car for my order. After approximately 15 minutes upon arrival, I decided to call the number to the location to notify the employee I was waiting. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes, but I still waited because I could see the location was indeed busy. Thinking, during a break of customer activity, the employee would then deliver my order. This did not happen. Although no one was in the store at the time, she had the audacity to motion for me to come in the store. I felt this was inappropriate since I had scheduled contactless, curbside service and paid a gratuity in advance. As soon as I reached the door, the employee yelled at me to say, ‘I’m by myself and you see I am busy’. I stated to her, I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes and that’s not my concern. She then used profane language at me and told me my order was cancelled. She continued to hurl profanity as she walked to the back of the store. I said if you cancel my order, that’s fine, I have paid for my order so process my refund. She then stated, “I’m not going to process anything, and you can just get out of the store”. I asked for her name so I could report the incident and she refused and told me to leave the store. To say I was shocked, is an understatement. With her deranged type of behavior, I feared she may resort to physical violence so I abruptly left the store. I have reached out to the following Executives in Leadership and to this day, NO ONE has followed up with me. I have contacted: Aaron Powell, CEO, David Graves, President, Jamie Harrison, CPO and Chequan Lewis, COO. While I did speak with Shelli East, DM, she did not follow up with me right way after the incident. When I asked for Senior Leadership to contact me about the incident, I have heard nothing. If the leaders are acting this way, I see why the employee felt she could get away with what she did in this situation. With such a recognized organization, this has been a horrible experience and I will never shop at Pizza Hut again.

I placed an order to the store at 3634 S 2nd St. Folkston, GA 31537 (912) 496-1128. I ordered 6 pieces of sweet chili traditional wings and the cajun seasoned fries. I have placed at least 10 orders of fries from this location in the past because I really like them. This time I received half of what I usually receive. I called the store and spoke to Katelyn. She said she was the Regional Manager and it didn't matter if I contacted corporate because I was going to get routed right back to her. She said the fries I've gotten in the past weren't the correct amount but the one I received this time was the correct amount. I'm including a photo of what I received in this reply. These fries are $4.09 and I don't believe that the amount I received is the correct amount for this price. Katelyn was very smug and made excuses for why I received such a poor amount. I don't feel appreciated as a customer and I don't trust ordering from Pizza Hut anymore because if I have an issue I don't trust that it will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Worse experience ever! Trafford mall location. Asked us to come back in 20 min. Forgot to inform they only take cards. Online order was not working. Pizza was uncooked, small and poorly done, salad bar often empty, ice machine broken, and the list goes on and on and on. Staff was polite though, but overall experience under par.

I don't know about my food. I have not been able to leave the parking lot. My car won't start. I need a jump my car won't start. Its 8:30pm. I'm a female medical worker who's worked all day who just left work. Everyone in the store refused to help me jump start my car battery.

Burnt honey bbq wings boneless, very small portion of fries, and only seven pieces on a eight piece order. Don’t go to Stanley NC location.

I wish I could give no stars but then you can not leave a review. I ordered my food at 1:30 pm and was told it would be 155 mins before it comes. I called at 4:00 pm to find that the driver just left to deliver. I called back at 4:30 pm ten times i called and put on hold. Then I called back 11 time a gentleman answer told me my food never left the store. I asked for a manager...sent me to Matt said he was from Corp. He apologized and said once the driver gets back they will deliver our food. This was our Father's Day meal. It's already after 5 pm and still no food....now I am worried if they will spit in the food or do something nasty to it. Matt said he will not charge me and he said he was concerned about it being so late. He said that no one will do anything to the food. This was from the Havana Store in Aurora,CO

The driver dumped the order at my door and left, without knocking or ringing my bell. The drinks were also flat and had to be trashed. I reached out to their corporate and they sent a canned reply saying I'd hear from someone w/in 3 days, but it's been a month now and NOTHING. I've reached out several more times, but now they ignore me.
