“I went to lakeshore and 3rd Street to order pizza. This old man was unfriendly when I told him I want easy on tomato sauce. I had bought one a week ago and the lady was nice and did exactly what I told her. There was another staff in the kitchen who came to tell me to come when that lady is working. “I ordered a pan pizza and I believe they gave me an undercooked hand tossed. I asked for a curb pick up and nobody came outwhen I arrived so I walked in and the young man at the register acted like I was bothering him. Then for some reason an item was not on the order so I asked about it. (I was not charged) he never asked or offered to let me reorder it. I am a good customer at this location and I think it’s time to take a long break.”

What do you do when someone comes INTO the restaurant?? When they order a SUPREME do you ask them for every topping choice. I DON'T THINK SO!! They order a SUPREME, that's what they get. This was your last screw up. No more tips either. I will go to Kwik Trip, Casey's, Pizza Pub, Pizza Ranch,.Domino's, ANY PLACE, even if I have to drive 30 miles. I am done with you...”
“Placed an online order and they told me 8:05 my pizzas would be ready get there pizzas not ready I sat there until 9pm and the manager brought the pizzas out raw and uncooked and then had the nerves to get smart. I would not recommend Pizza Hut on Southwind cove and the manager name is Darius very rude nasty shirt young man. Everybody hair in the back is out the girls hair is 30 inch long, cooking pizzas and serving customers with no hair net, I’m contacting the health department next. Pictures are below”
“Terrible. Pizza Hut went from being the standard to being the worst of all pizza restaurants. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and zero to very little sauce. I also ordered a Melt that was very overcooked with no sauce visible. Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a apology of sorts. However...when I went to use it it would not work. So I went to try again. Now it said the coupon was no longer valid though it was issued that same day. I then checked my order history to discover that there was an order there for absolutely nothing, no pizza, no items at all...but I used the coupon for it. So I used the coupon to order absolutely nothing? How is nothing even an order? I called the store...no knowledge of any order using the code...an order for nothing. I just came to terms with the fact Pizza Hut is now the very last place anyone should order pizza. I ended up going to Pizza Inn. Very good pizza. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly. Pizza was hot and great. Haven't been able to say that about Pizza Hut for several years now. ”

“The Silver Spring store is HORRIBLE! Placed an order an hour before they closed, called to get a status and was told it was coming, got transferred to the store then the call DISCONNECTED. Called back 20 minutes later to hear that my order was cancelled and i should’ve been contacted! Then was told the store was closed and a complaint was sent to the store and there was no corporate number! WTF! Had to find the 800# and select that I was placing an order to talk to someone! RIDICULOUS! This is the 2nd issue I’ve had with this location and I’ll NEVER order from them again! When in doubt, stick with what you know, Dominoes came within 30 minutes (SMH)! Save time and your patience, SKIP PIZZA HUT!!”

“I signed up for the rewards and I accumulated enough points to redeem for a medium 2 topping pizza. The problem is that when I try to redeem my points they don't go through or register and when I called the store to talk to a person they wasn't able to help me and said that they have nothing to do with the pizza hut app or online orders. What us the sense of having an app or points if I can't can't redeem them and the employees at the store are no help??!! I'm very disappointed!!”
“Worst quality at mdc, sector 5, Panchkula (haryana) pizza hut store. Refused to receive the order first, then after an hour, gave the mot hopelessly prepared pizza ,that too on holi....shame shame. “What a joke this is like the second time I’ve messed with a coupon from Pizza Hut they SENT me. Their app is horrible.They want to charge five dollars to deliver and expect you to tip. no telling how many people move on to other pizza places after messing on their app or coupons. This is why I probably only order from PH once to twice a year now too many other places with better pizza!”
