“Order was received in excellent condition. The driver left it in the shade. I put some in the pond and am growing some out in 2 tubs. I will certainly order again from you. Great Service and it was nice speaking with you the other day.”

“I am very impressed with Play It Koi! My order was processed and shipped quickly. The order was followed up with detailed and helpful planting instructions. The plants themselves arrived in perfectly healthy and beautiful condition. Everything was well packaged to retain the necessary moisture for the plants. Can highly recommend! “I ordered 10 Trap Door snails for my pond . They arrived on time as promised , alive and healthly . I will probaly be ordering again ....but I have to be careful exactly what I order since the shipping distance is extreme . Overall great place to shop.”
