“I started an above ground koi pond in my back yard admittedly knowing almost nothing about koi or pond management. After 4 or 5 orders from Play It Koi and many hours of research, I can confidently say I know just enough to call myself a novice. I have a feeling the learning probably never ends to better manage the pond and fish. But I'm confident now that I've gotten the best possible supplies I could for my pond and after 2 weeks of pond startup, the baby koi went into the tank yesterday. Everyhing I've ordered from Play It Koi came very well packaged, arrived timely, and I've been extremely happy with the quality of everything (filtration system, pump, chemicals, bacteria products, plants, aerator, and proper food). Knowing practically nothing when I began this all, I reached out by email several times to the sales team and they were always quick to respond and helped me with the info I needed. I like the huge amount of supplies they sell on their site. If you've been on their website yourself you know they have almost anything anybody would ever need for their koi or pond, no matter the size. My plants were in phenominal shape when they arrived. I was so pleased with the Frogbit I justed ordered 25 more plants this morning. You will occasionally find items on their website that say "sold out" which can be frustrating, but I've always been able to find alternatives. I chalk it up to being late into the summer busy pond season, OR the world wide supply/demand woes that seems to impact almost any product these days. Another thing I've really appreciated was the free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. Having placed several orders the past couple weeks I'm confident it's saved me quite a bit of money.”
