“I received the package in good condition and the price is good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the shipping takes so long. 2 of 3 times that I ordered tooks almost 9 days to get here.”

“I only ordered one species of plant and was ordering for my aquarium. I was beyond impressed with how many plants they sent, how well they were packed, the extent of the roots on the plants, and the communication. They sent so many in two bundles, I took one full bundle to my favorite local aquarium store and they were beyond stoked to get it! I would not hesitate to ever order again from Play It Koi!”

“I was surprised at how small the box was. But the plants all arrived in great condition. Moreso, I have purchased plants locally here in Los Angeles and even getting them straight from the "nursery" they were iffy. But these had beautiful roots, few dead leaves and were not limp.”
