“I cannot thank Derek enough for his customer support. I currently have a koi pond and was looking to upgrade to a larger size and Derek was so helpful in assisting me and my 100 questions also along the way all the way took the time to explain to me the difference of filtration systems and the necessity of certain equipment and knowledge that was not told to me upon my initial setup. With his help you have a customer for life.”
