“Great. Staff was super helpful. Videos were helpful for new growers. Product well packed, clearly identified and as described and delivered in timely fashion. Highly recommend. Tubers were not damaged by shipping and look healthy too.”

“We needed to upgrade our 10+ year old 3600 filtration system and Derek helped us with what parts to order and what parts we could continue using. We were very impressed with his customer service, as he demonstrated patience and a thorough knowledge of the product. We are good to go now and the fish are happy, but, if any problem crops up, I am confident that Play It Koi will have us covered.”

“SHIPPING COSTS are eyewatering, lotus separate for some reason. The lotus (one order) arrived late, but seems to be fine. In the pond now along with Water Clover...nice sized wad Hornwort...nice sized wad Other ornamental pond plant? ... nice size on this too Thank you...I am curious...seems like I recieved plants from different locations? Lotus hung up in Washington DC and I thought you were in Washington State? Other plants from Eugene?”
