“For now ill leave a somewhat neutral review. I placed an order for some pvc fittings and only received half of my order, i then left an email asking whats going on with the 2nd half. Still havent gotten a reply. I never received anything stating some of what i ordered was on back order.i received my package expecting it all to be there, i started my project and noticed i was missing half my order. Shipping was fast but no communication on anything.”

“This is my second purchase of this pond cleaner. After using it the first time, the water in my koi pond became clear within just a few hours of application. “I was very pleased with the website setup, which made the liner I needed easy to find. The shipping was fast as well. It took a little longer to install the new liner due to 45-degree angles in my KOI pond. But it turned out nice (after leaving the liner laying in the sun for a few hours to soften it up.”
