“Play It Koi is a great online resource for Koi products! Their website is easy to use and they have great products. I recently placed my first parts order and my order arrived sooner than expected, and everything looked perfect. They will be my go-to pond supply source moving forward. I also love the witty and friendly communications and how they follow up with customers to be sure they are satisfied. Online purchasing can be so disconnected, but Play It Koi makes it a more personal experience. They make me feel valued - I love it!”

“It was the first time I was ordering from your web sight. I must say your customer service is suburb !!! I don’t order online often. I gave you my wrong email address and a wrong phone number. (Only I could do that). Kelly straitened out everything for me. The product I can’t comment on it yet. I live in Buffalo and won’t be using it for quite awhile. Hoping it works out well. My Koi are huge and eat the plant roots where the plants die. I glad I found you online. Hope to order again. Thank you Maureen Krause PS. Plus it was delivered 2 days early!”

“The liner we ordered was at a competitive price. Shipped quickly. Although came a week later than expected due to an ice storm in Dallas holding up the UPS shipment. NOT the fault of Play it Koi.”
