“I had a great experience. I purchased some items that were not shippable to my state. I got a prompt email, but I may know this as well as support to find other viable options. The plants arrived, healthy and all products are working as described.”

“Arrived on time and was carefully packaged. I ordered 12 plants but they sent me 15. All plants looked healthy and clean. I let them sit in fresh water for a day and then planted them. Looks real good.”

“The storefront was easy to purchase from and I received the replacement diaphragm kit for my old pond pump quickly. The installation was easy and now the pump is working like new. Being able to checkout with paypal was one of the reasons I decided to shop Play It Koi.”
