“I'm in Michigan and I just moved my Koi indoors for winter into an empty 150 gal stock tank. I ordered 6 frogbit and 5 hornwort from PlayItKoi to add to the tank. I received a ton of plants! Definitely more than 6 and 5. The order shipped and was delivered within 1-2 days. The plants were all green and vibrant. My indoor tank is now nicely furnished with plenty of greenery and hiding spots for a comfortable winter. This is now my go-to place for koi pond supplies and especially plants:)”

“Prompt, accurate service. The items arrived within two days of shipping, which kept them in great order and ready to plant. I did receive a second email stating the cattail order had shipped (after I received the original order) which caused concern since I do not have extra room for more. The second "order" has yet to arrive and I hope it doesn't! After I get a larger area developed I will be ordering from Play it Koi again.”

“I had a great experience with Derek who was very patient and knowledgeable. He spent a long time explaining things to me in detail and didn’t rush me into purchasing something I wasn’t comfortable with. Derek made sure he provided great customer service. He was extremely polite, attentive, and was always available for questions. I would return for more purchases from a place that has employees who know that they are selling more than just physical products but are also providing valuable knowledge and experience.”
