“Whenever I have problems with my pond, Play it Koi staff (Derek) is there to answer my questions. They are my saviors! I’ve ordered filters to skimmers to plants. All the plants have arrived healthy and in excellent condition. If you’re reading this, trust me when I say this is a gem of a company and one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! “The lotus tuber was broken into three pieces when it arrived. One piece is clearly viable. It might help to tpe them to the inside of box for shipping”
