“Excellent customer service, very responsive with communications, both email and phone calls. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure my order was completed due to some errors on the delivery address. Website could use some more informative details and multiple pictures of objects from different angles including interior and exterior. Other than that, my experience was satisfactory.”

“I needed to redo the filtration on a pair of different ponds that I have, and filtration has changed a bunch since they were first built. I was able to discuss the needs of my ponds and get expert advice and guidance on what options I had, and which ones would work best for each of my situations. The service I received was OUTSTANDING, they truly shared a wealth of knowledge and experience with me. Honestly, it was a bit surprising to find this level of service from an online store.
