“I order two products from the site. One was cancelled due to not having it but was still listed on the site. I wouldn’t have bought either of the products individually. They are needed as a tandem for my application. Now I have no solution to what I was trying to solve and left only with a problem of getting half of what I needed.”

“The cost for my unacceptable plant was fully refunded, but the $19.99 shipping cost could not be refunded. So, in the end, I paid $19.99 for a plant that was too young and small to be shipped and seems well on its way to death (despite my attempts to nurse it to health and maturity). This experience does not make me wish to return to Play it Koi for future purchases.”

“Shipping was very fast. The bowl had a small dent from shipping since it was only shipped in cellophane, not boxed. Nothing that will impact its functionality, but the dent is still there a week later and may never come out since it is hard plastic.”
