“Everything went well with the transaction & delivery updates With just one exception. The snails were delivered someday this past week end & I was not home & I never received an email that they had been delivered or otherwise I would have had my neighbor put them in my pond for me. I did not get home till Sunday, when I seen the package on my porch I put the snails in my pond ASAP! Hopefully they will be fine & survive. I never did find out what day they were delivered to me. Thanks”

“I broke the quartz sleeve for my UV sterelizer while replacing the bulb. I thought for sure it would be a week before I could get a replacement and my pond would turn into pea soup. I called and explained my situation to Ben. He checked and didn't have it in stock locally but it was in a warehouse in another state, but he would get it to me ASAP. It arrived the next day! Wow! Thank you Ben. PS- He couldn't have been nicer to talk with. Jay Wood”
