“Excellent customer service as always. I have never had an issue via email or phone calls. They always took the time to explain issues in depth no matter how difficult it may to explain via email or over the phone...even though my time zone is 3 hours ahead they always get back to me in a timely manner”

“I ordered equipement anad replacement parts for my pond filter system. Everything arrived promptly, and as advertised. BTW< the price was the best, as well. Ultimately, my UV bulb burned out prematurealy. I contacted Kristen, in Cust Service and she immediately submitted for warranty. I could not ahve asked for better service, and wil definitely be ordering any future needs from them”
