“I am new to this hobby and was most impressed with the reviews of play it koi. I will be using the plants purchased for a new turtle pond. I was most impressed with the plants received. All were very well prepared for shipping and all were received healthy and vibrant. I look forward to watching them mature as my turtle habitat matures. I look forward to adding more as the pond matures.”

“My first experience with Play It Koi has been absolutely 10/10 across the board! Not only do they carry all the products I was looking for to help my koi - including harder to find products - but they shipped the next day! Their prices are great and it also saves money and hassle to be able to buy from one site versus multiple stores with multiple shipping charges. But the very best part for me has been the customer service! When one of my packages was lost by the shipper, they understood the urgency and were amazing in making sure I got what I needed quickly, which can make the difference between saving or losing precious and/or expensive koi! Thanks to them, I hope to keep hand-feeding my finned friends for a long time! Highly recommend!!”

“Very happy with my first purchase. I had a bad experience recently with an online order so I was hesitant to order from anyone online. But I gave PIK a shot. “Plants all arrived wrapped nicely and paper still wet around them. Lettuce a little small but doing well! I will keep ordering all my pond supplies and plants from you! Wished I lived closer to you to visit in person! Ben and Kelly were great and answered all my questions!”
