“The assistance and service I received from you guys has been great. The only complaint I have is nothing you have any control over ... shipping. The first time UPS lost my package for a week (unfortunately in that time I lost about half a dozen fish waiting for the medication). More recently USPS ended up sending my package to Virginia. These things have been very frustrating but like I said they were totally out of your control. Thanks so much for all your help!”
