“I worked with Derek to spec out the correct diffusers to aerate our HOA pond. Derek was very helpful and more than willing to help trouble shoot when I ran into issues with equipment that we already had on-site. Don’t hesitate to call Play It Koi.”

“The error on delivery meant the Lillie’s were in poor condition and may not survive. Certainly they look terrible. The photos are attached. CORRECTION ACTION Play it Koi took immediate action to resolve my complaint.I am completely happy with the response and impressed at personal interaction to resolve my concerns. I will be trading with them in the future.”
