“Mostly good. I ordered two lotuses and they arrived on time and in great shape. I will certainly order from you guys again. My initial contact was a little disappointing. I called because I wanted some lotus recommendations for my pond (and climate: Phoenix, AZ). I called a few times but couldn't get through. Left at least one voice mail asking for a return call because I needed help choosing a product, but it was never returned. Finally I sent an email and got a reply within seconds. It was an AI reply, but it seemed good, made some recommendations for Phoenix, and I bought two. When they arrived I realized that I had bought two large lotuses (which had been recommended in the email) which could grow to 4' high--too large for my setting. So, that's the frustrating part. If I had been able to talk to someone, explain what I was looking for, I'm sure I could have been steered towards smaller lotuses that would have fit my pond and pots. As it is, I have paid for two plants and shipping that I would not have purchased had I been able to talk to someone. On a more positive note: I did call Laura (as indicated on the planting instructions) for help on planting. She picked up right away--even on a Saturday--and she was terrific.”

“So happy with my purchase! I received two big healthy lotus tubers. I had the pot, soil and gravel ready to plant as soon as they arrived. I was supposed to be staining the fence but what is a girl going to do, I’m planting tubers! Thanks so much.”

“I was VERY happy with the product I received from play it again Koi. The plants were really healthy looking and the volume of plants received was generous. The plants have been placed in several ponds and are doing very well after a week. I was also impressed at the speed of delivery. “I'm so glad I found you online! Your response time is great-Ive already received the 2 items I ordered. I wish you had the 60watt submersible in stock which would have been ideal for our 3000gal pond, but I took a chance on the 40watt and I can definitely see a difference. Fingers crossed. Seems like a super product and exactly what I was looking for. Our large filter has 2 compartments and I have it in the 1st one where water enters from the pond, tucked under the bristles to keep it submerged. It's working! I will still be keen to purchase the 60watt when it becomes available again.”
