“Plants arrived very well packaged, healthy, and large. Highly recommended!”

Really glad the plants showed up healthy, large, and well packaged. That packing step matters a lot with live plants, so it's good to hear it held up. Feel free to send a pond photo once they settle in. — From all of us at Play It Koi

“After fighting with a standard size liner and trying to fold corners neatly for a 2 months I broke down and bought a custom welded box liner from Play it Koi. Should have done this the 1st time. Installed in about 3 hours from start to finish with my 12 year old son. Came out perfectly.”

“Even though our plants order arrived "cooked" from the hot weather, Kristen was lightning fast to correct the problem. The new plants should arrive soon.”

“For $60.00 and change, these plants should be in better condition when they arrive. As it stands now, it is looking pretty dead. Although the vendor did send another shipment and I did everything as instructed, these plants did not make it.”

“All plants arrived in very good condition. They appeared to be hardy and healthy. Company provides a more than fair amount of roots / cuttings to give the buyer higher likelihood of the plant thriving after immediately planting. The company also demonstrated excellent communication to me as a customer with questions. I would recommend them definitely!”

“I was happy to find a reputable online source for my PondMax UV light after learning my local pond supply store shuttered its doors. The website was easy to navigate, with a wide array of options… the selection was easy to make for the proper model and wattage. I got lots of notifications regarding shipping and I was pleased that there was a lot of bubble pack in the large box surrounding the UV light as I was concerned about breakage during shipping. I will look forward to replenishing supplies for my pond from Now on. Convenient and competitive pricing. My fish are swimming happily with their UV light cleaned water. Thanks to this website!”
