“I've always had good experiences with PiC. The lotus are taking off. This year, I should share, the water poppies arrived entirely yellow, and I'm not sure they are going to rebound out of the box.”

“The folks at Play it Koi are terrific! Ivan was able to recommend the right pump and filter to treat the heavy bioload in our pond when our current filter died and the pond water is now crystal clear. He was also able to connect me with local rehoming people to take some of the extra fish which was a real gift. The fish are happier and so am I!! Ivan is knowlegable, thoughtful, and friendly. After several frustrating attempts to deal with other larger on line busnisses, I was really impressed with the rapid repsonse and willingness to speak about how best to solve the problem. Also pump arrived in just a couple of days so no dead fish.”

“I ordered about a dozen pond plants and was amazed at the condition of them when I opened the package. I have ordcered from othder places before and the plants were wilted when I received them but the ones from PlayItKoi were incredible. Great quality. Green, sturdy plants that should grow well and the prices were better than other places. Thank you!”

“The lotus I ordered arrived in great condition and what a surprise. There was three total lotus when I only ordered one! Figuring maybe it was a smaller one but regardless they all seem good and have them planted waiting anxiously for the lotus leaves to surface”

“When my wife & I decided to build a second pond, we immediately reached out to the PIK team. We had previously worked with the team when building our koi pond and in all aspects, we rated them a 6 out of 5. This time around, the team again exceeded our expectations and provided immediate design input and equipment recommendations. We received most of the equipment within a week, and everything within 10 days. Thank you PIK (again) it is truly a pleasure working with you.”
