“I changed my mind on which bottom drain to buy and after receiving the 3" koi toilet I decided to switch to the Evolution Aqua 4" which worked out perfectly for my pond build. “Ordered a Perinha UV-C for my pea-green pond. It was shipped quickly and I dropped it into my pre-filter (weighted down and attached with zip ties). Pond slowly turned from green to brown and cleared entirely after 10 days. I'm delighted with the service and the result!”

“Not too happy... I placed an order on 4/2/2026 for some fish food that was in stock and was charged for the purchase on 4/3/2026. By 4/7/2026 I still have not received a shipping confirmation and thaought that was odd. I made an inquiry to cuatomer support and asked what the delay was. I was told the items were still in the "processing" stages? Again odd and still no shipping confirmation. I contacted customer support again about the delay and was given a vague response. Later that day I finally recieved the shipping confirmation and the items were delivered the next day. I am just curious why sit on my money for a few days with an in stock item before shipping...”
