“This order of plant were shipped better than my last order and arrived in very good condition. Last year I ordered plants at the end of summer and they arrived in terrible condition and only 3 survived and they are all the same kind. I had complained but nothing was resolved”

“My purchases arrived quickly. It seemed like the UV light should have had some extra packing around it for protection. However, it did arrive unscathed. I understand that AI is providing assistance in many workplaces, but I would appreciate a human response to my queries and not feedback from "Gilly." I found Derek's response extremely helpful to the issue I was experiencing in replacing a center tube in a Pond Max 2400.”
