“The website is incredibly easy to use and contains a lot of educational resources. Based on my previous struggles with maintaining a koi pond, I really needed those resources. The shipment arrived sooner than I expected and everything was well packaged to ensure it arrived intact.”

“Well, it was still cold but I had a voucher expiring 16th March so I ordered plants to save money. Your team rang me and offeredto delay shipment till after the cold spell. I was very impressed by this. I am a fan.”

“Ordered the wrong size Sumergable UV light. Reordered one size down. Didn't realize the return postage was my responsibility. $44.98 UPS. That's half the value of the lamp. Kept it instead, will try to figured out how to cover and submerge in the open pond. Water flow thru it is what I am pondering.”
