Good afternoon Danny, Thanks for your continued support of Play It Koi! I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed about how long it took for USPS to get your order to you. I know how time-sensitive things can be when you are trying to care for a sick koi. If you aren't aware, because it can be easy to overlook, at checkout there is a dropdown for the shipping options, so you can select a quicker shipping method at checkout. It looks like USPS Ground Advantage was the least expensive option and was the one that was defaulted to, but USPS Priority Mail was also an option for not much more money (less than $1). Alternately, if you are ever in desperate need for something, please feel free to reach out to us before placing the order and we will see if there are any other options that we can use to help get your order to you as quickly as possible. “So far so good. I just received my package today and have not yet used it so I cannot give an opinion on the product. However, I enjoy doing business with a company that values my business and communicates with its customers. I have gotten several emails, offering bits of advice and offering an opportunity to join their community. The number one thing that I appreciate is putting their phone number on the bottom of the email so that you can actually call and speak to a human about any questions or problems that you may have. Unfortunately, a lot of companies don’t understand how important that connection is. It irritates me to no end when it takes me a half an hour just to figure out how to contact the company for something other than giving them my money.”

“I received the package in good condition and the price is good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the shipping takes so long. 2 of 3 times that I ordered tooks almost 9 days to get here.”

“I only ordered one species of plant and was ordering for my aquarium. I was beyond impressed with how many plants they sent, how well they were packed, the extent of the roots on the plants, and the communication. They sent so many in two bundles, I took one full bundle to my favorite local aquarium store and they were beyond stoked to get it! I would not hesitate to ever order again from Play It Koi!”

“I was surprised at how small the box was. But the plants all arrived in great condition. Moreso, I have purchased plants locally here in Los Angeles and even getting them straight from the "nursery" they were iffy. But these had beautiful roots, few dead leaves and were not limp.”
