“Play It Koi was very efficient in getting my order to my address. They came quickly. I ordered the floating islands . I have put one of them in my pond. This is not the fault of Play It Koi but the plants I have in the island do not cover the sides and does not look natural. I will try to find larger plats to add to it. I would like to order some plants from Play It Koi and see how they do. Thanks for a good experience. Chris”

“Look, I'm happy the plants I ordered made it to me somewhat quickly, but as I have explained a few times now, the lotus I ordered came in the mail broken. I have tried to grow lotus this way in my pond, but have not had much luck. Would you please consider sending me a new one that is intact? Thanks for the consideration.”

“You did very well. My pond is starting to look like pond and not a bowl of green muck. The mini water velvet looks great. Been in the pond for 48 hours now. They look happy. Lol. The correspondence between me and play it koi is great. I highly recommend this company to any one with a pond and fish.”

“My first experience with Play It Koi has been absolutely 10/10 across the board! Not only do they carry all the products I was looking for to help my koi - including harder to find products - but they shipped the next day! Their prices are great and it also saves money and hassle to be able to buy from one site versus multiple stores with multiple shipping charges. But the very best part for me has been the customer service! When one of my packages was lost by the shipper, they understood the urgency and were amazing in making sure I got what I needed quickly, which can make the difference between saving or losing precious and/or expensive koi! Thanks to them, I hope to keep hand-feeding my finned friends for a long time! Highly recommend!!”
