“The plants were in excellent shape! The hyacinths were a good size, second order even bigger! Very healthy. Water lettuce was smaller than I expected, but still doing very well and starting to multiply. First time ordering from this company, and the plants are much nicer than other places I've ordered from in the past. Will remember them for next year! Packed well too.”

“I ordered hyacinth. It took a week to 10 days to receive them. When they arrived they were completely dryers out. Of the dozen ordered I was only able to salvage 4.”

“Didn't think I'd find the part I needed for my pond filter. Much to my surprise Play It Koi had it! Website was fairly easy to navigate and ordering was as well. Shipping was immediate, none of the normal 5-7 business days. My fish will be happy to get their filter back.”

“FedEx fat fingered my delivery address on my recent order. The house it was delivered to held my plants hostage. Derek emailed me to find out what was going on. I offered to perform a no-knock raid, but Derek held the opinion he didn't want to see our creative rescue efforts blasted across national news, and therefore had a replacement order packaged up and sent. Derek understands homemade M-80s, flash bangs and military grade bottle rockets probably isn't the best solution to getting your pond plants back (although we were filling willing to exercise our military training to the fullest extent). Then orange jumpsuits offered at the county jail here do not belong anywhere near the color wheel of my skin tone. Order should be on the way today! Fast, corrective measures taken by PIK have made me a repeat customer! Thank you, Derrek!!”

“I ordered a Hakko 80LH air pump from Play It Koi, and they promptly shipped it to me free of charge via FedEx. After using it for a week to aerate a seepage pit, I realized that I needed to add a manifold for the pump to regulate the air. I chose to order it from Play It Koi, since they were so prompt before. And they were prompt again. Great products and great service.”
