“Love ordering from PlayIt Koi!! Their Lillies and Lotus when grown and bloom are absolutely stunning!! And I love being able to order all my other pond supplies from them as well especially the AquaMeds Medzyme to keep my koi safe from bacterial issues. Ivan with PlayItKoi is also so very helpful and quick to responding to my questions via email. I love the customer support he provides, the advice for my koi pond is what helps keep them safe and my pond stunning!!”

“I received my lotus and package was done the best that it could be. During shipping leaf tip was damage but the plant has 3 growth tip so it’s still good. I’ve even reach out to support and was answer back with assurance that it will be fine. Support even offer remedies if lotus does end up with problem. Love the support quick reply and purchase of product was quick and easy. Definitely buying more in future.”

“The items arrived in good shape! Unfortunately I thought they would be shipped when ready to be planted, as has been my experience with other mail order companies. Most of the plants have died at this point since it's still 1 month before I can place them outside. Just a buyer beware kind of thing to order when you are actually able to plant them.”

“My Lotus water lilies arrived in great condition. Healthy plants. Just as described. I planted them immediately in three water basins I had ready for them. I am excited to see new leaves forming already after 4 days of planting them in the water basins in my rock garden. Will send pic after the lily pads develop. I give Play it Koi the highest rating for impressive, healthy plants and fast and excellent shipping & response services!”
