“Prices are pretty good. Customer service is very responsive. A great advantage is that they don't charge sales tax for California residents. Only to small gripes: 1. Shipping could be faster. Usually takes at least a week. (I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon.). 2. Rewards program is nice, but I was not able to apply all of my accumulated points towards a single purchase”

“I ordered 4 snails for my pond , I was not sure what condition they would arrive , but I decided to take a chance. Not only did they arrive perfectly fine, but received an additional two . All six acclimated right away and proceeded to do there job . The pond looks amazing thanks to the snails who doubled in size in no time. I was so impressed, I placed a second order.”
