“This is a company I never heard of before I was looking for the brand Pond algae cleaner but I couldn't find it I did find it at play itkoi and they had a service where they would let me know when they had it back in stock. A few days later I was able to order it and it came to my house much quicker than I expected because it was a product I really wanted I paid that postage which I thought was too high. All in all I am pleased and I will keep an eye on their emails to see what else they have that I might want”

Within an hour, I had an email detailing the conversation with specific suggestions and a few things that I hadn't even considered. I love that they're a small, local company, whose prices are on par with (or better) anything else you find on "the big A." I'll definitely be getting all my pond products from them moving forward.”

We don't sell those types of tools, but you should be able to use channel-lock pliers to get a good grip on the interior bulkhead nut.
