“Overall you did o.k. but you charged me for 2 lots of shipping but you sent it one box....I pointed this out in a prior "how did we do" request and you didn't respond. So I am going to keep mentioning it...you did o.k....but you are not great.”

“I love it when I can get service directly from a business owner, and Ben is very responsive to questions, even after hours. Ben recommended equipment for my pond, which I installed about 16 months ago. The parts arrived quickly. The pump, filter basket, retrofit bottom drain and plumbing accessories have been flawless. Try the Koi Krunchies! My fish never ate out of my hand before, but they started to when I gave them these!”
