“Amazing as always! Received my new batch of food quickly and on time! The Koi bave grown and brighten up so much this season! The bag on the left was from Walmart, I messed up and didn't reorder soon enough!”

“So far so good! Shipping was a bit expensive but everything else is on point. My pond guy will be ordering an upgraded filter for me through you guys, the GC Tek 4.25 and new pump. Looking forward to a healthier pond 😊 Thanks!”

“Everyone was very nice , but they sent me 2 floating baskets that were defective (rims would not straighten out from packaging ) and they were 6 " smaller than website description . They said I have to pay return freight and I could not return the one I opened. How would I know it was defective without opening it ? Very bad policy . I will never buy anything from them again. Never had a problem with any of the other websites that sell koi supplies.”

“I love the product. I have used it for some years. We sold our home some 2 years ago with 2 ponds. I now have a new pond and immediately ordered again. I received the product but no dropper. I sent a text stating that but just went down and got a baby dropper and I am useing that. But still sold on the product.”
