“I ordered a $5,000 filter / pump / UV kit that said it was to come assembled and it hasn’t, it’s come in random parts and the parts come in randomly on their own, weeks apart from each other. This is a joke and I will recommend everyone stay away from this website. I paid $5,000 for a fully assembled pond filtration system, not just random parts where I have to put it together whenever the final pieces come in randomly without notice, there is ZERO assembly done, ridiculous and false advertising”

“I had a fairly new pond Mac 7200 that needed a 55 W replacement UVC bulb. My pond water had turned to pea soup. When I ordered I asked for priority shipping and they got it out extremely fast. Thank you so much for the really good service. I highly recommend their services.”
