“Terrible customer service. Didnt return calls, aswered phone 1 out of 10 times I called. Shipping information was not sent until day before packsge was to arrive. Getting this info was critical because I was scheduled to be out of town.”

“Like the times, our pump was slightly delayed to be received by your group stayed on top of it, reached out to manufacturer and had it to us in time to meet our schedule. With out this effort we don’t think this would have been successful. Thank you.”

“This is our 2nd season, and 3rd order with Play It Koi. We could not be happier with the plants we've received, and we attribute our overall success in our pond to the high quality of the plants we've received from y'all. With that said, each time we ordered, we were not given a notification that our products had been shipped or when we would actually receive them.”

“I recently purchased Nijikawa Professional sinking pellets and my koi absolutely loved it. This is the first sinking pellet that A, actually sink and B, all my koi go crazy for. As for my experience with Play It Koi, they had the cheapest prices and the fastest delivery time of any online store we've ever delt with.”

“Don’t really have any negative experience. I did order 4 unions and only got 1. When I called about the shortage they explained they only had the one and could not fulfill the full Oder. They gave me the option of different product or refund. Some might see this as a negative but with supply chain issues globally you should expect things like this to happen. What stands out for me is the way they resolved the issue with out any frustration for me.”
