“First of all, I live in Connecticut and couldn't find any support for my PondMax system replacement parts. I found Play it Koi online when searching for PondMax parts. I called and left a message (knowing the time difference). Derek called me back the next day and was helpful with an accommodating personality. I did not feel rushed or as if I was a bother. I described the needs I had and he understood exactly what I was explaining. He sounded very busy but took the time to help me out on three phone conversations. I wish we were geographically closer. I would love to visit the store a browse. Kudos to Derek! Dale”

“Customer service is responsive. However this is the only company I've ever ordered from that took payment from my account before even processing the order. I also have a koi pond cleaning business so I'm constantly trying to find the best prices. While the prices are good, PIK seems more like a middle man for products as they take your money and then place an order with a different company for the processing and shipping of the product. It will be a week before your order is processed and shipped. If your willing to wait a little longer then the pricing is good.”

“I just got back from a 3 day business trip to find everything I had ordered has been delivered! I'll post updates in the coming days of my Oase Bitron C 55 Watt Uv Clarifier and PondMAX BactiMAX+ I've installed the unit and everything went pretty easy, I've posted pictures of what the pond looks like now and I'll update in the coming days. I did use a single treatment of the Bactimax+”
