“I ordered a part that my filter desperately needed and hoped it would come quickly. To make sure, I called the company to explain my situation and left a detailed message. A short time later I received a call from Derick (sp?) and wasn't home but he left a message that my part was shipped out immediately and I should receive it the next day. I did indeed receive it that next day. Great customer service from this place! Very pleased!”
