“I thought it was a scam at first, but thank goodness I was wrong. I feel like the prices are a bit pricey to be honest. But we all have to make a living the best we can in this economy, I know. Once it was shipt it only took one day to get here which that by itself was pretty impressive. I plan to keep coming back and have already recommended yall to my neighbor. I'm sure I'll tell more also. Thanks again! And I appreciate you getting back to me when I was worried about my order, even though it was a weekend you still messaged back. Great customer service! I am very impressed.”

Thank you Leddy - for your shipment, Ironically, we actually chose to have the Seaside food direct shipped from SeaSide Aquatics so it'd get to you the fastest and to minimize handling/shipping disruption that we all seem to be facing during these crazy covid days. Perhaps that choice to go direct should be re-evaluated in the future. That said, either way, we are super appreciative for your feedback and will be sure to use it to get better & grow stronger. “I ordered a floating plant container and water lettuce. I've ordered many plants online before and these were my far the nicest. Well packaged and very large healthy plants. I was a little concerned when the planter didn't arrive together. The plants were shipped fed ex and arrived first. Fortunately the planter arrived later that day via UPS. Would highly recommend”

“Play it Koi was so responsive and got the product I needed for my pond quickly. They were so helpful! The Aquascape Aerator is adding needed oxygen to my pond, my koi are happier, and algae is already going away.”

“I had a question regarding the correct part to order to repair my pond filter. The question was answered promptly which then allowed me to place the order correctly the first time. The part arrived within a couple of days and my pond filter was repaired and placed back into service quickly.”
