“I called with a quick question and got so much more. I got a willing ear, expert advice and super fast service. Within an hour, I had an email detailing the conversation with specific suggestions and a few things that I hadn't even considered. I love that they're a small, local company, whose prices are on par with (or better) anything else you find on "the big A." I'll definitely be getting all my pond products from them moving forward.”

We don't sell those types of tools, but you should be able to use channel-lock pliers to get a good grip on the interior bulkhead nut.
