“So far so good. Waiting to receive the rest of my order when its ready. Otherwise very pleased with the site and process. The only thing I dont care for is the 130am text messages. I have received 2 from you. I realize these are probably computer generated. But 130am...?”

“Not well. Your new customer coupon offer is a poorly designed bait-and-switch, even if that's not the intent. I tried to take advantage of it and the email link didn't work. When I asked you to apply it, I got some long-winded excuse for why it wouldn't apply/help, rather than someone simply applying it. Then, my order (my FIRST, and last order) got screwed up, and I had to invest MORE of my time to help you fix your mistake. I was not impressed with how you handled the new customer coupon, and plan to let no less than 9 other pond friends know that your new customer coupon does not work. Had I known you wouldn't honor your new customer coupon, I would have chosen a different site, where my net cost would have been less. Not impressed. As a retired CEO and former founder of several companies, I know that sometimes you need to just apply the discount, even if the details don't 'fit right', as was the case with my order. Your failure to do so has caused me to lose trust in you and you to lose a new customer - exactly the opposite of what your new customer coupon would have accomplished had you simply honored it. On top of that, I intend to let other pond owners know about my experience.”

“I ordered water Hawthorne a month ago, knowing I would have to wait for the weather to warm up for delivery. I got my plants today, and am amazed at not only the size, visible flowers on each plant, but also the care in packaging. They arrived in perfect condition. Well done!!! Photos of the plants, the pan pure clay kitty litter and fertilizer tablets, and the plants dropped into our pond. Ready for some early spring flowers. Yay!!!”

“I have to say that this was one of the better experiences I've had with online purchases. There was an issue with my original order. I couldn't get the product to work correctly. This was a replacement part for a lighting system. Candidly, I assumed that it was my problem, and I wouldn't get any help / support. Derek, their VP of sales, was GREAT. He called me and tried to walk me through how to get it to work. When it didn't work, he contacted the manufacturer and had them send me an entirely new product. Not just the part I ordered, BUT the entire "Control" unit. Long story short, it works!!! I didn't expect such GREAT customer service. THANKS GUYS!”
