Paid for next day delivery, order arrived a week later! Customer service was absolutely shocking! Noone could tell me where my order was, no refund offered.

Hi Katie, I'm so sorry to hear that the customer service team wasn't able to track your order and that your parcel was delivered late. I can see the from the tracking, our courier was experiencing some technical issues with their system so we were unable to track the whereabouts of parcels for a short while. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. I'm glad to hear that you've received your parcel and I've also refunded £5.99 paid for delivery to your bank card. The arrival dresses were super delayed, Matthew D. kindly assisted me in locating the. He was the best part of the experience. The dressed, however, were a hot mess.

I ordered and paid for Express post and it took 5 days to arrive definitely disappointed as I needed my purchase for a event as for the quality of their products im satisfied.

I got in touch with the customer service through Facebook messenger and they were amazing! I saw my order was delayed in a location and was double checking to make sure everything was okay. I got a very quick response (within the hour) by Aky to let me know my package will be on its way to me by the next few days.

I ordered a silky dress which was quite nice. But it was wrapped tightly in plastic so it was super wrinkly. The materail looks good in pictures but it was actually quite thin. I gave two stars because I didn't return it but Packaging and material quality could be better

Okay, so I know PLT is good quality and all but the couriers are actually so bad. I ordered a top for an important thing TOMORROW and it still hasn’t came - my friend got hers right away and I ONLY live a few minutes away. My sister looked on the tracking and it said it gotten lost. I’m so angry.

I was satisfied with the customer service, but unfortunately disappointed with my order, because it didn't arrive. It was said that the courier lost it. All in all the customer service did there best to resolve the issue by giving me a refund. And the communication was very fast .

i love some of the customer service i had a different person respond to me the first time but they didn’t text back for hours i had to text again and the 2nd time i got iram and he was great!! he responded quick and helped me with my problem as soon as he could if i need anything i will request him quick responses 😁

Very happy wt this web site..Never sent anything back.. My only problem is the colour advertised is not the colour I got when ordered..petrol blue turned out to be green. Other than that I'm very happy wt PLT

PLT customer service rep Jaida was wonderful. I was confused and concerned about the delay in the delivery of my package but Jaida contacted me And advised my tracking was updated about apologized about the delay she even refunded my shipping costs.
