“I've bought things before that I love, but I recently bought two bikini sets. In one set the bottoms fit but not the top, in the other set the top fit but not the bottoms - even though all pieces are a size 10. Super annoying.”

“PLT stated that my package would arrive on or before October 22nd but I didn't receive it until the 28th. Usually I have no problems but this time took way longer than normal.”

“I purchased 2 different dresses for my wife for an upcoming military ball. We received them very quickly and were pleased with that part. When she finally opened the package she wasn't quite sure until she tried them both on. She was totally excited about both of them. So much so that now she doesn't know which one she will be wearing first! A real good problem to have especially when you are trusting the online store as to sizes and all. Great job guys!!!!”

“I had two separate orders within days of each other my second order arrived before my first, but the first was received a few days later. Love everything I ordered most of the times are very good in quality and stitching, I ordered the teal thigh high boots they didn’t for so that was a disappointment. And one pair of pants was a little too thin for work. Other than that 1 romper 4 tops, 2 sets of earrings, 2 pair of heels, and a necklace work beautifully.”

Hi Georgina, I'm so sorry to hear that your parcel wasn't delivered on time. I can see that you've spoken with our customer service team through Whatsapp and they've refunded your delivery fee also. I've looked into the delivery and the reason for the delays was due to Bank holiday in Ireland on 28th Oct 2019. Due to the holiday, Fastway is closed for the day. “Ordered playboy jumper washed twice & all design came off the back. Delivery is quick, things always fit well so happy in that since just disappointing jumper design was wrecked after 2 washes”

“Delivery company are terrible. Told me they had delivered when they hadn't, then when they actually delivered they left my package outside on a busy road - it was stolen. Got a refund but not the full amount and haven't had explanation why. Disappointing from start to finish”

“I recently reordered some bottoms from PLT, they came on time, the fit of the bottoms were good but not great. PLT bottoms are long and I’m 5’2 and hippy but a pair of heels could probably fix that. The crotch of the pants however were a bit long on me so I might have to get it fixed.”
