Hi Cathy, I've taken look into your past three orders and these have been placed over the weekend. Unfortunately, our courier doesn't offer a delivery service on the weekend so your parcels were delivered the next working days which was a Monday. As for the latest order placed, I can see there was a delay that meant your parcel was delivered later than expected and I'm so sorry about this! I've flagged this up with our courier. “Great service all round. We have had a few weddings recently and ordered a lot of dresses for choice so delivery man was back and forward like a yo-yo...next day delivery always in time slot and very pleasant man. Returns very easy and money refunded very quickly. Prices are fab and so are the choice of clothing. Very happy shopping with PLT”

“Price was perfect but the quality was hit and miss. Ordered a dress with wonky stitching but the returns fee is as much as the dress so I won't be sending back.”

“Cheap clothes that most of the time look and feel amazing. Sometimes the clothes aren’t the best quality, but they are cheap so it’s worth it in my opinion. Returns are incredibly easy and free, and delivery is fast and very efficient. Really good store.”

“be aware of this scam , no phone number to contact . website run by machines . my daughter bought from them 5 time and sent back 4 time never got refund from them even ones . unfortunately i decide to check my account only recently , and i found out they never refund any money .although i have proof of all the returned stuff”
